Having a system to evaluate what works is liberating. It forces you to think more about WHY you do something and if it’s actually working. I’ve gained a better understanding of the information certain tests provide. And I’ve learned possible exercises to address these ‘issues’.
Next to the system, it’s the interaction with others that makes you see different ways to look at the same problem and solutions. And it was fun to do!

I found it invaluable to be able to connect with other professionals that, while very different in background and scope, still had the common thread of genuine interest in learning how to improve movement. Having feedback and commentary on my thinking and process and being able to give back the same way is a welcomed change.

I found the bonus content extremely useful and practical.

Amazing.
I’m looking at movement with more detail and asking more questions about what I’m seeing. I’m giving more cues and aiming to help people both in my groups and 1-to-1 feel and move better. I’m really excited to learn more and continue what we started!
